May 11, 2026

HUNTSVILLE, AL — March 24–26, 2026 — Lumenier participated in the AUSA Global Force Symposium & Exposition 2026, a leading U.S. Army-focused event centered on modernization, acquisition, and future force development.
Hosted annually by the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), the Global Force Symposium brings together senior Army leadership, government officials, defense industry partners, and academic institutions to discuss the technologies and strategies shaping the Army’s future. The three-day event, held in Huntsville, Alabama, featured keynote presentations, panel discussions, and an exposition floor with over 100 exhibitors showcasing emerging capabilities.
The 2026 symposium focused heavily on the Army’s Transformation in Contact initiative—an approach that prioritizes rapid iteration, real-world testing, and continuous soldier feedback to accelerate capability development. Core themes included modular open systems, operational experimentation, acquisition innovation, and the integration of emerging technologies into active units.
Lumenier’s presence at the event reflects its continued engagement in the evolving unmanned systems landscape and its alignment with broader Army modernization priorities. The symposium provided an opportunity to connect with industry partners, observe ongoing developments across the defense ecosystem, and better understand how unmanned aerial systems are being evaluated and integrated at scale.
Throughout the event, Lumenier engaged with attendees across the exhibition floor and participated in discussions around the role of small unmanned systems in supporting future operations, including intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), training, and tactical deployment scenarios.
Events such as the AUSA Global Force Symposium play a critical role in shaping how technologies transition from concept to fielded capability. By bringing together stakeholders across military, industry, and research sectors, the symposium enables collaboration that supports informed decision-making and more effective capability development.
Lumenier will continue to monitor developments emerging from the symposium and remain engaged with partners across the defense community as the Army advances its modernization strategy.
