- F405 Mini has a 1MB flash which can run with ArduPilot.

This fc has so many features for its small size. OSD, baro, caddx vista pnp. It's easy to solder to and inav setup was painless. I've heard some have had issues with inav, but the latest 4.1 file was perfect for me! Unfortunately the software cannot be downloaded directly through inav yet, but matek has the file to download on their site, along with extremely helpful wiring diagrams and instructions on how to configure it for all software (ardu, beta, inav). This flight controller is pricey, but it is fantastic for its size, and perfect for something like a 250g dart. Plus, Matek backs their products well. 5 stars.
