Lumenier Awarded Contract for Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) by U.S. Army Program Executive Office - Aviation
Sarasota, Florida, April 27, 2019 - Lumenier, a global leader in small unmanned aircraft systems (drones) and unmanned ground vehicles for both defense and commercial applications, today announced it received a 15-month, Other Transaction Award (OTA) for prototype sUAS, and if deemed successful, a potential follow-on large production award.
This project is in support of the Defensive Innovation Unit (DIU) mission to enable access to commercially-derived, potentially disruptive capabilities that can meet requirements across the entire DoD Enterprise.
